SPIE regards the concept of warranty as an obligation – an obligation to reliably and fully satisfy your requirements in the area of warranty management. This applies to all structural changes.

We handle the entire warranty management process for you: from monitoring deadlines to creating decision templates for commissioning substitute performance. We also accompany and document the defect recording process.
If you are already aware of an existing defect, simply let us know. We will provide the solution and communicate it with the suppliers.

For us, successful warranty management includes:

  • The administration of dates and set deadlines
  • A knowledge of existing warranty claims
  • The functional and technical accuracy of the defect identified
  • Legal correctness of notification of warranty defects


We use a conventional CAFM system in standardised form so that you can be sure that we never miss a deadline and that no defects remain. In our CAFM system, our project teams document all steps from defect identification to the successful substitute measures. This procedure enables us to conduct detailed quality analyses of suppliers. In this way, we continuously improve the quality of services together with you and our suppliers.
