TECHNICAL CONTROL ROOM
In fulfilling our services, our objective is to ensure trouble-free operation. Should a fault occur despite this, our structural and process organisation that is tailored to meet your needs is capable of rectifying the fault efficiently and within the required response times.
Our central control room is staffed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The Help-Desk Service offers numerous options for reaching our qualified employees, who respond professionally to fault reports and then document and evaluate the incoming messages. At that point, steps are initiated to rectify the fault.
The fault messages are recorded using the CAFM system at SPIE. Immediate documentation in the CAFM system guarantees that adherence to service qualities can be seamlessly verified.
