Corporate values

Local presence

SPIE helps customers plan, build, operate and maintain energy-efficient and environmentally friendly facilities. Thanks to an extensive network of branches, our teams are always close to customers. When on-site in buildings and facilities, our experts act as points of contact and as equal partners for the customer. We listen to all our customer’s issues because customer satisfaction is every employee’s responsibility – throughout the life-cycle of a facility or a building.

Naturally, we also apply the principles of proximity and local presence within our teams. Management cooperates closely with the teams in a transparent manner and maintains an open-door policy towards employees at all times. Only in this way can we motivate our employees to do their best for our customers.

Performance at all levels

We achieve growth by involving all levels. This requires a common goal and an awareness among employees of their personal contribution to corporate success. The management is therefore encouraged to inform employees transparently and openly on a regular basis and to cooperate with them as part of a team, to lead in a manner that demonstrates their personal commitment to this goal.
